Been going here for years but after tonight I don't think I'll be back. I ordered a pup cup and 2 single dishes of 2 different flavors. I received my pup cup and was standing there waiting, and some time went by and I still hadn't gotten my orders while people that were in line behind me got theirs and were gone. I asked a worker where my other 2 cups were and she said they were working on it. I kept standing there..... one of the flavors I ordered got taken off the menu (meaning they ran out) and I saw them serving the flavor to people I was in front of while I was waiting for mine!!!! Eventually a different worker saw i had been there a while and asked what i was waiting on. I told her that one of the flavors was gone and I accepted a different flavor because I paid for it so I was going to get something. I was seeing red. The staff also had messed up other people's orders that they had to redo while I was waiting. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. Wish I hadn't tipped them 20%... I wish I had known it was going to be a horrible experience.

Vanilla custard had a weird taste, Blueberry sauce was a gooey sticky consistency, the colored sprinkles tasted like ..well there was no tasteโ€ฆThereโ€™s better options out there like Zero Zest. Believe me I treat ice cream like a good group

Thank you Naomi for making my experience wonderful! I went with my wife for the first time and it was beyond expectations. Naomi, the young girl helping at drive through was friendly, quick, and efficient. I watched as she handled multiple customers with all different needs all the same. She informed me she hadn't even been working there for long! Amazing! My wife and I got a sundae and a cone, both of which were very yummy. The custard isn't too sweet, isn't too liquidy, it's just right. It's perfect. Due to my wife's recent surgery, life is hard on her, but with a little bit of kindness and understanding from Naomi she made my wife feel human again. This is the type of worker you need to have at every establishment. Thank you, Naomi.

I've been going here for about 7 years around 20-30 times a summer while I walk my dog to get my dog a pup cup. I went there today for a pup cup and the pictures show what $2.50 buys this summer. If you can't see, there are about 2-3 tablespoons of ice cream in the cup with the dog treats. I took it back to the window to ask if this was the correct amount and worker confirmed that it was correct. I understand prices go up, but to give such a small amount of ice cream in return for $2.50 is just robbery without a gun.

It has been several years since my last visit to East Coast custard. My parents have been going almost every weekend this summer and invited me along this past weekend to join them. When we arrived, there was quite a sizable line but it seemed to be moving quickly. I Ordered a chocolate peanut butter sundae, my parents both got waffle cones with chocolate/vanilla custard. Absolutely loved the flavor of my sundae. The vanilla custard was an excellent base for the chocolate and peanut butter syrups. I will absolutely have to come back and try some of the other options. I love they have rotating flavors as well. One of the folks at the table we sat at had the blueberry and said it was amazing.
